Dear Canada Bar Association & Law Society of BC

Information : Goodwin - as Eagle Speaker (Yuxwuletun Shqwi'qwal) - attended the 2013 SCBC hearing under Letters Patent as issued through the Heads of State for Snuneymuxw Nation (Nanaimo) Stz'uminus Nation (Chemainus) Kwa'mutsun Nation (Quamichan); and, as also attended by Elders from associated Original indigenous Peoples Nations. Goodwin possessed documents of Original indigenous Peoples position support through Turtle Island North / North America ; including, the UN registered IGO Great Turtle Island Federation (G.T.I.F.) . Goodwin is the Chancellor of  Laws for G.T.I.F.

This friendly communication is submitted to your receipt and review on the matter of the 2013 Greyell, J. decision in the matter of LSBC versus Goodwin, et al. The KWE:GRC submission to the UNSC is founded upon the UN Charter, Chapter VII provisions.

The transcript review will establish the veracity of both Parties in this matter of original and continued jurisdiction.

The Respondent Goodwin did not submit countervailing rebuttal.

The Kwa'mutsun Nation : Goodwin UNSC submission's information catalogue includes, but is not limited to :
  1. CBA members failure to adequately represent victims of  Indian Residential and Day Schools in the compensation decision; including, issues of evident "double-dipping"; charging excessive fees upon clients; and, failure to disclose to these indigenous clients the matters of Free Prior Informed Consent rights; wherein, IRSV & DSV settled for 10% compensation of the standard "fair market value"; as settled for in non-indigenous cases of the time; and,
  2. Law Society of BC prosecuted Goodwin; knowing that there is no legitimate jurisdiction in absence of treaty; seeking merely to silence Goodwin;
  3. Justice Greyell declined to recuse himself following Goodwin's instruction to rise, depart and not return without a specific invitation from the nation of jurisdiction, as represented on that day by Snuneymuxw Head of State Bickell. The Greyell,J. decision is noted as failing to protect and preserve the integrity of the Crown Elizabeth II's duties under her 1953 Coronation Oath - of which he was apprised at the trial.
